TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or enrolling in the Rooted Coaching Program.

1. The Coaching Relationship
By enrolling in the Rooted Coaching Program you enter into a coaching relationship with Vanessa Leveille in her capacity as a coach, not as a licensed therapist. This relationship is governed by these terms and by the coaching agreement you will sign prior to beginning the program. Please refer to our Disclaimer page for a full explanation of the distinction between coaching and therapy services.

2. Program Description
The Rooted Coaching Program is a 6-month, 1:1 coaching program delivered virtually via video sessions and text-based support between sessions. Full program details are available on the program sales page.

3. Investment and Payment
The current investment for the Rooted Coaching Program is $4,000 paid in full or $750 per month for 6 months. By enrolling you agree to pay the full investment regardless of whether you complete all sessions. Payment plans require completion of all scheduled payments.

4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of this work and the time and preparation invested on your behalf, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after the program begins. If extenuating circumstances arise please reach out directly at vanessa@matrescenceincolor.com to discuss options.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be forfeited at the coach's discretion.

6. Confidentiality
All information shared within the coaching relationship is held in confidence by Vanessa Leveille. However coaching is not subject to the same legal confidentiality protections as therapy. Please review the full coaching agreement for details on confidentiality provisions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Rooted Coaching Program is provided as-is. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results. Individual results will vary based on your commitment, circumstances, and other factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matrescence in Color, PLLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Rooted Coaching Program.

9. Intellectual Property
All materials provided within the Rooted Coaching Program including but not limited to workbooks, frameworks, tools, and the Rooted Method™ are the intellectual property of Vanessa Leveille and Matrescence in Color, PLLC. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute these materials without written permission.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page.
