Hi, I'm Vanessa — a therapist, a mom, a coach, and someone who arrived in survival mode despite knowing exactly what to do about it.

It wasn't until I had my son and moved from Boston to Houston — new city, new business, toddler in tow that everything caught up with me. I was exhausted, losing my patience most days, and completely disconnected from myself. I loved my child and I loved being a mom. But I did not love motherhood. And that gap broke my heart.
